How to layer your gold jewellery

Gold loves company. Start with a fine women's gold necklace as your base layer and drape a gold statement necklace over the top, like our chunky links. A gold chain necklace with a thinner chain in between gives you that effortless, layered look straight away. Want it more personal? Add a gold letter necklace, an initial pendant or a charm that says something about you.

The same trick works for your wrists. Stack a chunky women's gold bracelet next to a delicate one, and feel free to mix gold and silver. That combination looks fresh and a little cheeky. Finish with your favourite gold accessories and you're ready to head out the door.

Gold plated, waterproof and made for everyday

Most of our gold jewellery is gold plated: a layer of real gold over sturdy stainless steel, with clasps in 14 carat gold plate. That means gold toned pieces that hold their colour and can take a knock.

Plenty of styles are waterproof, so your gold jewellery can come along in the shower, to the pool or the gym. A quick rinse and a wipe with a soft cloth keeps your gold plated necklace or bracelet shining for ages. Store them dry and separate, and every little gem stays as good as new.
